  1. To run Click Yes, go to Tools and Utilities and select Click Yes Pro Once clicked you will notice the Click Yes icon in the task bar. This shows the program is now running.

    • You can now run bulk emails without being asked to click yes to the security messages that appear in Outlook

    • Click Start

    • Under Tools and Utilities click Mail Control Panel

    • lick the radio button at the bottom to Prompt for a profile to be used

    • When that opens click Add…

    • Give it a relevant profile name (for example – admissions no reply) and click OK

    • Click the tick box and click next

    • Click Next again

    • In the second text box type admissions.no.reply and click Check name

    • Click next and finish

    • Close Outlook and reopen, select the new account you created.
