  1. IT Services have created a bundle to fix the Desktop version of QL-x Live. The pictures show the 2 errors boxes displayed to the user when the application is launched. To fix this error, go to Start Menu > All Programs > IT Support Tools and click on Uninstall Windows Update KB2918614 as shown in the 3rd picture.
