  1. Check with vendor site if the required printer drivers are available for download or are part of Windows OS. If drivers are available for download, please download and run the setup to install them. A prompt will pop up to 'Confirm Elevation Rights'. Enter reason and click OK.

  2. Select vendor name and the find model of printer. If it does not appear on the list, click Windows Update. This will update the list.
