Introduction
This guide will show you how to install the Citrix Receiver app on your android device (Phone or tablet).
Before you install Citrix you'll need to request access from the IT Service Desk, after approval from your Line Manager.
You can request access via MyIT or call the IT Service Desk on extension 9898.

Go to the Play Store app on your device.

Image 2: Search for Citrix Receiver. Select it from the list.

It should be the first result in the list

Image 1: On the app page, select Install .

Image 2: Select Accept to the access requirements and wait for it to complete

Image 3: Once the application has installed, select Open.

Image 1: The app will open. Select Add Account.

Image 2: Type citrix.arts.ac.uk in the address bar then select Next.

The address will automatically resolve to https://citrix.arts.ac.uk

Image 3: Type in your UAL username and password, and enter artslocal in the domain field. Select Add.

Image 1: The account is now created.. It will show on the Citrix Receiver home screen.

Select the account and enter your password to continue.

The applications and desktops allocated to you will be displayed. Select them to open.
