I've noticed that I now have 4 printers for CSM and Central Services in my printer list but I'm not at a location for either of these colleges, and have never been there.

This should only happen if you are using a laptop connected to Arts-WiFi. When you connect to Arts-WiFi these printers are made available, but not configured as your default printer. Arts-WiFi is 'location-less' which means that we cannot restrict delivery to your presence on these sites.
Should you print to an of these printers in error, do not worry as the printers do not actually print until you log into a printer and release the job. It will be automatically cleared overnight.
