Hi Soraya, I hope you called the servicedesk and received support for this request. Sorry that nobody answered you on here. The correct method would be to open File Explorer in Citrix. You will see some drives that indicate they are from you local computer. Find the files you want to copy and then copy them to the folder on the S drive you wanted.
Hi Mark, sorry its taken a long time to respond to this question. I hope you logged a call with the servicedesk to get it resolved. There was either an issue at the time, or you had not been configured into the correct groups to access the applications.
Hi Miglena, we don't have any software installed specifically for this purpose. I don't know if any of the Creative Cloud apps can do this, but it could be an option for you. If you need to do this then please log a request with the servicedesk and we can look into this for you. Ads.
This should only happen if you are using a laptop connected to Arts-WiFi. When you connect to Arts-WiFi these printers are made available, but not configured as your default printer. Arts-WiFi is 'location-less' which means that we cannot restrict delivery to your presence on these sites. Should you print to an of these printers in error, do not worry as the printers do not actually print until you log into a printer and release the job. It will be automatically cleared overnight.
Lets feature this in Casper
