How to run Citrix server to run outlook?

Hi,

I would like to use Citrix to access Outlook for Office365, from a Mac. I have installed the receiver client on a work machine and successfully logged into the citrix server, but get the message 'there are no apps or desktops available for you at this time"

Can you help ?

Hi Mark,

sorry its taken a long time to respond to this question. I hope you logged a call with the servicedesk to get it resolved. There was either an issue at the time, or you had not been configured into the correct groups to access the applications.
