The dialog box displays an "Error 1327 – Invalid Drive" (usually the H: or L: drive) when Installing/uninstalling certain software, why is this happening?

We have now implemented a reg fix so local technicians with admin rights to workstations can go to Start > Programs > Applications > First Aid area and run the zenapp Invalid Drive Fix Win7 to get around this error.
