Introduction

Agresso Self Service uses special workflow diagrams called SVG. Only newer browsers, such as Firefox, Chrome and IE9+, support these types of diagrams.

If you are using Windows XP, and you prefer to use Internet Explorer, a special plugin needs to be installed to view the workflows in IE8 (the highest version supported). If you prefer Firefox or Chrome, either of these should be set as you're default browser.

If you are using Windows 7 and you prefer to use Internet Explorer it needs to be upgraded to IE10. If you prefer Firefox or Chrome then setting either of these as your default browser will allow you to view the workflows.
