Step 1 How to Print and Scan directly on the MFDs using your USB Memory Stick

Place your UAL smartcard (ID Card) on top of the MFD card reader to login or login manually using your username and password.
Insert your USB Drive / Memory Stick into the slot to the right of the control panel.
On the Select a Function screen, select USB Print and Scan Software.
Note: MFDs can only read USB Windows formatted drives generally less than 4GB in size. Some USB memory drives (approx 10%) can not be read due to variations in manufacture and software compatibility.
