Before you can Print, or Copy you will need sufficient funds in your UAL UniFlow printing account: Check your balance and/or add funds using a debit or credit card from any computer: https://upgw.arts.ac.uk/ig

Note: It may take up to 10 minutes after payment online before you UAL account is credited. The Minimum top up online is £3. Check your balance by logging into one of the MFDs and press the Secure Print button. Your username and balance is shown in the secure Print Queue window.

Touch your UAL Smartcard against the card reader. If you have forgotten your card you can login using your college email username and password. For further help see Login and Payment FAQs

Touch the Secure Print button this will show you any prints you have sent to the printers. It will also tell you how much credit is on your account once the jobs shown are all printed. If you only print some jobs money will not be debited but become available again within a maximum of 15 minutes.

You can check here (but can't change) that your file is the correct paper size, the number of pages, whether it is black and white or colour and also the cost.

Select your file name and press Print and Delete button to release the print.

Make sure you Logout to avoid others using your balance.

Note: If you do not release (print) a print request for 24hrs it will be automatically deleted and you will need to reprint it.
